Anyone apply to the VA RN NEW GRAD PROGRAM for PALO ALTO, LIVERMORE, or MENLO PARK and heard anything back yet?

I just received an email that I was selected to move forward in the process and that my application has been sent to the hiring manager.

Did they tell you to reach out to them or to wait for HR to reach out to you ? I would do what they told you to do.

I reached out to the hiring manager and she told me to reach out to HR. So I did, and it turns out I just didn't get the position. ?

So sorry to hear that. ? Did you apply to other residencies? Stanford also has a residency and I think they will be interviewing candidates soon.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Do you mind sharing their email with me? I also reached out to my interviewers on 12/21/2021 and they told me to contact HR but I forgot to ask what their email was. I had my Zoom interview on Dec 1 and I haven’t heard anything since then ? I’m starting to think I didn’t get the position either.

I'm sorry to hear that. If you haven't applied yet, Stanford has a residency program as well if you are interested

My bad, I haven't checked this forum in a while. I didn't know HR's email either so I called the number at the bottom of the application and was transferred. She pretty much told me what they told you. It sucks that the managers couldn't just tell us straight up.

It annoys me when HR reps tell us to make sure to update them on whether or not we ultimately take a position, when they're the same ones doing stuff like this not responding back to us ?
