VA RN NEW GRAD PROGRAM PALO ALTO LIVERMORE MENLO PARK 2020

Anyone apply to the VA RN NEW GRAD PROGRAM for PALO ALTO, LIVERMORE, or MENLO PARK and heard anything back yet?

I just received an email that I was selected to move forward in the process and that my application has been sent to the hiring manager.

I think Monday is a holiday for them. Hopefully they will get back to you by Tuesday.

Hi,

For the new grad program, do you know how long the program is and if they will keep you on the position after the program is over. I got a tentative job offer and it says the position will not exceed for 13 months, so my question is, what happens after the program is done. Do they just let you go or want to keep you on as another position?

I'm assuming once you complete the 13 months, maybe there will be a chance to get a full time job. That's a good question for HR. Have you asked them ?

Hi! I haven't asked them yet, I just finished all my paperwork and I think they said they would get in touch with me on Tuesday for the final job offer. I'll probably ask them about what happens after the 13 months. I'm gonna be at inpatient psych
