VA Palo Alto New Grad Program 2023

Didn't see a forum regarding the VA Palo Alto New Grad Program that's supposed to start in July. I heard decisions are supposed to be solidified mid-April, so I was wondering if anyone heard back yet for interviews, etc?

I have an appointment next Friday! I don't see any tasks on my end about a physical exam and VetPro on the portal? the email I was sent mentioned physical/fingerprinting but I don't see instructions about how to schedule a physical LOL

They should be sending you more emails about VetPro separately, not sure about the physical exam, can we go to any hospital and get one done?

Aaah...yea I completed VetPro already. But I'm not sure about the physical LOL maybe we'll get more info later?

Has anyone been scheduled yet for the physical? I believe they are supposed to schedule for us but I haven't been scheduled yet

 Not yet. Did they send you info on the e-QIP application yet?

Not yet, is that after you do your fingerprints or after VetPro is done? I finished VetPro, My fingerprint appointment isn't until the 9th that was the earliest they had /:

same here! I'm not sure what to do for the online portal, bc it says the "pre-employment physical" is due on the 7th o.o

I asked them about that and for the fingerprints they said the dates are flexible! so we shouldn't have to worry!

oh phew! thanks for sharing, that's reassuring haha. also did u guys get an email regarding employment verification via a website called The Work Number? I was forwarded an email, but the directions were a bit confusing. Not sure if I had to create an account and enter information on this website myself (or if this stuff would be taken cared of by other VA staff)

Noo...... mmm I am so confused!! Also, have you received info on e-QIP? I haven't gotten info on that one yet either grr I feel like I am behind somehow!

don't worry, im pretty confused too LOL. and oh noo this isn't the website where I accepted the offer. It's like a whole nother website to verify my employment (which I thought was interesting, bc I thought this would be taken cared of by them LMAO). and no I didn't receive anything about e-QIP yet!! I was thinking maybe they'd send that after getting fingerprints done or smth xD

so currently I feel like I am on standby once more haha!

I haven't received any info about E-QIP besides general info about it which was included in my TO email. I hope the days are flexible for the physical bcos I'm leaving for vacation mid may and will only have access to my email  ? I did email HR to ask about it but so far no response.
