VA Palo Alto New Grad Program 2023

Nurses Job Hunt

Didn't see a forum regarding the VA Palo Alto New Grad Program that's supposed to start in July. I heard decisions are supposed to be solidified mid-April, so I was wondering if anyone heard back yet for interviews, etc?

It was very easy and laid back they asked primarily really easy questions. about 7-9 questions about but I know each unit is different. What unit are you interviewing for?

Ohh that's reassuring to hear! I know they have samples of PBI questions on their website that I was kind of glossing over, but gosh some of them I really have to think about haha. I'm interviewing for mental health! Did you have a panel interview with other candidates? o:

No not yet, the unit manager emailed me yesterday asking for 3 letters of recommendation, but nothing else. I wasn't asked to submit my references before the interview like most did so I don't know what to think..? If he is picking me .....or.. just forgot to ask for them before the interview. I don't know. I hope we hear back soon though.
