uworld percentages?

Hi everyone, so I test on wednesday OMG!!!! I don't feel ready but I don't know that I'll ever feel ready so here I go.

I did the kaplan qbank with an overall percent of 67%....however I don't feel like it is really accurate because it got to the point where I had seen some of the questions so many times that I knew the answer was B or C or whatever.

I recently found Uworld and wish I had found it earlier. I am a little more than 1/2 way through it, but don't really know what passing is. It will tell me what the average is and I have been higher than that every time, but sometimes not by much...like within 5-7 percent of the score! Is the average score on a uworld quiz a passing score or....?

When I was doing uworld I would usually get high 50s-low 60s. I think reviewing the rationales are really helpful . Uworld was more like the nclex , but the questions weren't that much content based . If you practice uworld and review the rationales then you will be just fine . Don't focus on your scores , focus on reviewing the questions you don't know .

I'm taking the exam on Wednesday too...ive been doing kaplan Qbank with only 55% total average, i wish i have known u world as well before, but i think we'll do fine, I'm just keeping my hope's up and keeping positive all the way.... wish you luck

I completed the UWorld question bank before testing and I was scoring anywhere from 44%-70% on the questions. I was also getting mid 60's on my Kaplan quizzes. These results worried me, however I passed the NCLEX in 75 questions, with over 3/4 of my exam being SATA. I wouldn't stress too much about your score, especially if you are above the averages on the site.

WOW --- more than 50 SATA questions.. that's the most I've ever heard of... Congrats new nurse :)

I am also using UWORLD and getting 55-70s but on Kaplan I score 72% one day and 57% the next day! testing next month!!!! I am not scoring in the high 60s on kaplan mostly high 50s low 60s and sometimes 70s lol (weird). Did anyone score in the high 50s and passed the first time?

Did you pass your NCLEX? Was Uworld helpful? I test in a week and used Uworld but I feel so nervous :(

i finished total bank of questions and my score was 56%, i passed with 75 questions...

How were the UWorld questions compared to the NCLEX and how much did UWorld help for the real thing?

Uworld is way harder than nclex but it helps to prepare you for the NCLEX. And also the Uworld rationales are extremely helpful !
