I have currently done 1,200 questions with an average of 62%, which puts me at the 85th percentile. My score on the first assessment was 88th Percentile (very high chance of passing) and the second assessment was 93rd Percentile (very high chance of passing). Any advice? I have been taking notes on certain rationales. Has anyone gone back to complete the incorrect questions in the QBank? I don't want to throw my average off. Testing next week. Thanks!

Hi all. I'm a foreign educated nurse. I have been studying on saunders book and did questions on saunders Q&A kaptest and uworld. I believe uworld has the best rationales.i have done, on uworld, about 1200 questions so far and i have an overall score of 59%. I hope it is good enough...i'm still waiting to hear from my bon about My eligibility.

Uworld overal percentage after completing all 2000q 56%.
I went back and redid all my incorrect questions.

(I was an average student in nursing school, who had to study hard for a b)

So I've been doing uworld the last 2 weeks...my percentages range from 48-66% on the timed tests and I got a 58% On the 1st diagnostic which put me borderline of passing...nclex is in 3 weeks and the anxiety is setting in! Anyone pass the FL nclex with these scores?

Answered all 1,935 items in the Q-Bank of Uworld.
I got 50%.
Self-Assessment Test 1 = 54% - 44th Percentile > Chance of Passing: HIGH
Self-Assessment Test 2 = 50% - 36th Percentile > Chance of Passing: BORDER LINE
Took my NCLEX-RN and I stopped at 75 --- PASS

Hello @HopefulRN323, I'm from S. FL as well. I used only UWorld this time around. You're probably wondering why I mentioned, "this time around" lol. I failed the NCLEX 3x in 2016. I was ashamed for a long time, then realized I can use my story to help ppl. I graduated w/ my BSN in 2015. I did take that mandatory remedial course that's required in FL this year, and finally passed the 4th time using only the lovely, amazing UWorld!
FIRST time...I was all over the place using too many sources to study with. I was absolutely confused. The tools I used were Kaplan, Hurst review (couldn't get through the 1st video or audio), NCLEX 4000, some random PowerPoints, Hesi book 3rd ed., Saunders 5th ed., many nclex study packets from here, there and everywhere, and lastly that NCLEX Mastery app. Everything was so overwhelming. Failed at 75 questions! SECOND time...I used Illustrated Study Guide for NCLEX 9th ed., different nclex study packets, and random quizlet notes. Again I failed at 75 questions! THIRD time...thought I had it. I used Saunders 6th ed., Mark Klimek (Loved his audios so much that I wrote EVERYTHING down), and bought UWorld 1 week before my 3rd attempt (Super pissed b/c it would've been my #1 tool when I took it the 1st time). Also, failing at 75 questions yet again! After my 3rd time I decided to take a peek at my Prioritization, Delegation & Mgmt book that I forgot I even had before I graduated. I wanted to kick myself in the head for that (many questions in the book were on my NCLEX pretty much) SMFH.
Each time I registered for my test I didn't really believe in myself, lost confidence and constantly switched my test dates about 4-10x. I became so depressed b/c I saw all my friends pass and land their dream jobs. When I failed the 2nd time I felt extremely stressed out that I ended up back in the hospital due to a MS exacerbation & again prior to my 3rd try (barely having the strength/energy during my 3rd attempt that I couldn't focus on the computer screen).
For my 4th attempt, I quit my job where I could barely make ends meets and my husband and I left FL early September to stay in MD where it's pretty much farmland (NO DISTRACTIONS ). I just used UWorld's 30 day subscription plus the 15 day extension. I did all the 1900+ questions w/ both assessments. I read ALL the rationales right and wrong. Typed up notes on UWorld for my wrong answers, some right. I studied 6 days a week 5-10hrs a day. I made a calendar for September & October (with off days, 75 questions a day and NCLEX date), printed inspirational Disney quotes including two motivational quotes of my own and taped them to the wall on my side of the bedroom. I even chose October 28th to be NCLEX day (Felt super confident and stuck to it). What also really helped me was changing my habits entirely. My days consisted of... Praying, saying to myself positive affirmations, jogging, exercising, eating right, meditating, going in the hot tub for 10mins on super cold days (I know it's bad for MS, but it actually regulated my body) and praying some more! This time my method actually worked it. I PASSED!
I answered all 1,900+ questions in UWorld. I did 41 tests and got 58% overall. Most were above average. Beginning was low 50s then my scores increased in high 50s to mid/high 60s.
NCLEX Assessment 1 = 60% VERY HIGH Chance of Passing 63rd Percentile
NCLEX Assessment 2 = 54% HIGH Chance of Passing 49th Percentile
Took my NCLEX and it stopped at 221...PASS
Word of advice... Don't psych or stress yourself out if you pass 75, just tell yourself it's another UWorld test. Getting 75 questions the first 3x wasn't good for me lol. It doesn't always mean a bad thing if you're over the 75 mark. Also, I had 27 SATAs. Thanks to UWorld I killed them on the NCLEX (I felt they were easier). UWorld made the NCLEX seem like a joke or child's play. Believe it or not the SATAs on UWorld were almost similar to most of my NCLEX. I learned so much from those! Keep reading ALL rationales and TAKE NOTES which will help you answer other questions. Let me know after you take your test. GOOD LUCK my love. YOU GOT THIS!!! :)

Hello everyone,
I passed the NCLEX 3 days ago in 75 questions. Yay!!! Thank you, UWorld! I finished all the World questions with an average of 56% which led me to the 58 percentile before trying to answer the ones I got wrong. I used only one Self assessment in which I got 67% correct which led my to the 85 percentile and very high chance of passing. I think World was a big help, and it was the only resource I used to study, also study your labs and EKG just in case. Hope this helps!
