Hey guys !
I'm applying and I'm really nervous, but excited to start my nursing program soon. Anyone else applying to UW?
Thanks. I was trying to listen in, but the shuffling of papers made it difficult to hear. I can't believe it was only almost 500 people that applied. It feels like such a small number.
I also agree with how little involvement this forum has had compared to previous years.
I honesty wasn't going to sign up and just snoop on here every once in a while like a creep. Lol. But it's been really helpful. Definitely love the support on there!
I'm applying to the UAlaska Southeast and the UAlaska Anchorage. I'm currently a student at the UAS, but the program here is an associate's. As someone that wants to be a CNM, I'd rather get a bachelor's straight away. The UW is the dream school so we'll see what happens. I'd rather move to Seattle than Anchorage because the further you get away from the lower 48, the more expensive good food gets...and I love my organics. The UAA has a bachelor's program, but it also has an 18-24 month waiting period after acceptance. We shall see what the universe decides is the right path for me. I'd love for it to be the UW!
Did you apply to any other programs besides the two you mentioned?
Hello all!
I was super frustrated with myself after finishing the proctored essay in the middle of the sentence, but I just thought I'd share with everyone that a few of my friends who went to UW or are in the program now said they know people who did that and still got in. They said they're more concerned about the content of your essay. Phew! :)

Rococo, I personally have no idea, but the reviews on College Niche seem to say that it's accepting of all people. https://colleges.niche.com/seattle-pacific-university/diversity/
The school's curriculum page doesn't list any religious classes, either.
