Has anyone gotten an acceptance letter from UW in general? I applied as a post-bac, so technically I need to be accepted by UW as well. I hope you all got in as well!!! Should we start a facebook group? Thank you!!!

I live very close to UW and I didn't get a letter today. Bummer!

They were mailed today! They just updated their admissions blog! Hooray!!!!

I haven't gotten an email yet, but I got my email to interview several days after everyone else, so I'm thinking maybe they go down a list of when you applied or how many points you earned through the whole process or maybe some completely arbitrary order. I'm from Seattle. I applied right at the buzzer. Just a thought!

Did you guys know there's an SU BSN program thread on here? I mean not to say you can't talk about it here, but just fyi! There might be more good info there!

Hey Allomorphicform, I applied to both in Portland and got an email 2 days ago saying that since I am being considered for the 3 year program as well and that since also interviewed for the AccBacc they will not re-interview me, they will just use my interview scores from the accbacc interview.

crange369, unfortunately they told us we couldn't share that information with others. Sorry! If I remember correctly...there were around 450 applicants. They interviewed about 150. 30 will be offered spots for the summer cohort. 32 will be offered spots for the fall cohort.

I just got my email with an invite to an interview on the 5th a few days ago. I guess they don't send them all out on one day! I was super surprised to get it, since they seem to base everything on GPA alone. My undergrad GPA was only like a 3.3 (nursingCAS decided it was more like a 3.4) overall I think I have a 3.56 according to nursingCAS. Anyway, I'm SUPER excited! Kinda stressed about the hours of interviewing and essays though. If anyone has tips please post them!

Hello all! I was super frustrated with myself after finishing the proctored essay in the middle of the sentence, but I just thought I'd share with everyone that a few of my friends who went to UW or are in the program now said they know people who did that and still got in. They said they're more concerned about the content of your essay. Phew! :)
