Hello everyone! Since applications will open within the next 2 months for the University of Washington's Accelerated Nursing Program for the Summer of 2018, I figured I would go ahead and start this article to start sharing knowledge and supporting each other through the next 6-12 months of preparation.

I am 35 years old and applying for this program after 18 years in telecom.

I look forward to "meeting" everyone!

Can anyone from this cohort comment on how far the waitlist moved in 2018?

I don’t recall exactly but I believe it went into the 20s at least.

we were a smaller cohort than what they are no entering into the program, and my understanding was that for 2019-2020 the waitlist barely moved. Not sure if this is due to bigger class size or now that the program is only 12 months?

It’s already moved 11 spots this year so I’m hoping that was a fluke.
