UTMB Tradtional BSN Spring 2020

Hey everyone. I’m starting this thread to see how everyone’s status is going with their applications. I applied for Spring 2020 traditional BSN on 02/01/19. My transcripts were verified today 02/15/20. Does anyone know when I’ll receive the supplemental application?

I’ve asked this a number of times, I don’t think anyone knows the answer to that. We could always call and ask...

I submitted my application around Mid April and you’d swear it had been months with how I’m acting , I keep forgetting it only closed end of April and we’re only nearing the end of May now ?

A yes or no I would be fab right about now, either way, just too Impatient!

Lol same with me. I submitted on the deadline, April 30th, and I feel like it’s been foreverrrrr lol. I’m hoping since there is no interviews maybe we’ll hear back sooner than previous years but I guess only time will tell.

You would think that with graduation over and the removal of the interview process things move at a quicker pace. *Fingers crossed*

They’re no longer doing interviews but no idea on the other part of that question ?

The only timeline they give is 12-18 weeks after the application deadline, which is a window from 7/23-9/3. I’d assume the lack of interviews would move up that timeframe.

I’m sure people would post if they’d heard. Remember it’s only been a month since the deadline and they say 3-4.

Hopefully it won’t be that long. From what I’ve seen for the fall 2019 and spring 2018 it’s been about 2 and a half months and fall 2019 was the first time they didn’t do interviews. Although I think for spring 2018 some people heard back in June? And people on the thread were saying those were the people who got early admit due to great stats or something like that so I don’t know lol. But I probably wouldn’t expect anything until mid-July.

I went back and looked at old UTMB threads to figure out when they were notified. What can I say, I was stuck on hold with customer service...

Fall 2018: Early notifications went out around 2/28. It seems like this was for people with excellent stats who didn't need to interview. About 7 weeks after the deadline.

Spring 2019: First notification was July 18. About 11 weeks after the deadline.

Summer 2019: One person said the end of September, but more went out on October 18. About 8 weeks after deadline (I think)

Fall 2019: First notification was March 28. About 10 weeks after the deadline.

So based of that, mid-July seems like the earliest we should be on the lookout.

Hey guys so question... are any of y’all applying for summer 2020? I’m debating if to apply since we haven’t heard anything about spring semester.
