UTMB Tradtional BSN Spring 2020

Hey everyone. I’m starting this thread to see how everyone’s status is going with their applications. I applied for Spring 2020 traditional BSN on 02/01/19. My transcripts were verified today 02/15/20. Does anyone know when I’ll receive the supplemental application?

And now the waiting begins! ?

The timing is interesting, as soon as I submitted my spring application and it became verified I was shortly notified of my fall application. Could be a coincidence. My stats:

Prereq/Science/Overall GPA: 4.0

TEAS: 85.3

I know the fall is highly competitive, hoping for a better outcome this next go around!

I have the same teas, but a 3.8 gpa so now I'm nervous. Hopefully spring is less competitive ?

Figured I should share my stats. I have a BS and MS in Biology.

Overall GPA: 3.44

Prereq GPA: 3.83

Science GPA: 4.0

TEAS: 97.3 (91.7 English, 95.7 Reading, 100 on math and science)

Wow your teas is great. I thought for traditional BSN program at UTMB you couldn’t have other degrees? Is that not true?

I turned in my app on the 29th and just got the supplemental application this morning. Keep in mind my transcripts were already verified from when I applied to Fall, so it might take a little longer if you're a first timer.

I applied yesterday and got the supplemental app today too.

The only schools that seem to have those rules are the ones that have a separate accelerated program. They don't, so it shouldn't be an issue. I've only seen maybe <5 schools in the entire country that do not admit people with previous degrees.

No, I was just going to ask also. I received my supp app a couple of days ago and I turned it in that same day, but I haven't received any other email.

Yea me too. I sent it in the next day i received it and I thought I would have received the log in info by now but I haven’t.
