Hi future nurses! I didn't see a discussion board for the summer term of 2017, so I decided to make one myself(: Let's use this forum to discuss grades, TEAS, and the application process. This does include venting! We all know how anxiety kicks in when there's a bump in the road. Good luck to everyone that is applying!

I can't wait for the application period opens. Anyone that is re-applying, any tips?

Have anyone heard anything since the last email about still being considered? Ms. Botello told me to send her email mid February if I still haven't heard anything, and I don't know if this is considered mid-feb yet, lol.

Those of you that took classes over the fall, did you send them updated transcripts or do we only do that once were in?

At the open house on Friday I asked them the same question and she assured me that after we were accepted that is when they have us send an official transcript directly to them.

Hello future nurses, I applied to utmb summer 17 in October and still no acceptance or rejection letter. I got an email to get a fingerprint done and received a blue card from BON. Anybody gone through this? is this a good or bad sign? I will appreciate if anybody can help me out here. The wait is killing.
