UTMB Spring 2018

Hello everyone! I plan on applying to UTMB for Spring 2018 entry and can't find a post on it, so I decided to make one! I am taking my TEAS end of April. I already have a degree from the University of Houston in Health Communication and minor in Nutrition. I am finishing my last two prerequisites (A&P2, Microbiology) right now at a community college. Anyone else looking to apply? Deadline is coming up next month, so I thought it would be awesome to get a group thread going! Would love to hear from others applying!

Watch your email everyone! I received my invitation for interview this afternoon! I submitted my application (via NursingCAS) on April 1. Best of luck to everyone!

Sent application on March 21st, , Grades verified on March 23rd, Supplemental submitted on March 29th and got invitation for interview today in the afternoon

And I think the change on mystar usually happens after the interview a few days before acceptance.

Hey everyone! I received information on an interview as well! I go on Monday. I don't remember the exact date I sent my application in, but I do know I sent my supplemental application in the day after I received it, which was April 1.

My stats are as followed...

Overall GPA-3.78

Science GPA- 3.5

(GPA is based off of NursingCAS)

TEAS Scores-

Total- 74%

Math- 81.3%

Reading- 76.6%

English- 70.8%

Science- 72.3%

I am also having to take one more class in the fall, which is my Elective Science.
