Hello everyone! I plan on applying to UTMB for Spring 2018 entry and can't find a post on it, so I decided to make one! I am taking my TEAS end of April. I already have a degree from the University of Houston in Health Communication and minor in Nutrition. I am finishing my last two prerequisites (A&P2, Microbiology) right now at a community college. Anyone else looking to apply? Deadline is coming up next month, so I thought it would be awesome to get a group thread going! Would love to hear from others applying!

Hello Spring 2018 Class!!! I am a current 2nd semester at UTMB. First of all CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who got accepted I am so proud of you!!!

The reason I found this forum is because I have a roommate moving out. Basically, I live at Ferry road apartments which is this apartment complex about 7-8 minutes away from campus. You can either drive to the free lot and walk to campus like most people or you can take the bus straight from the apartment. My rent is 440 a month for a 2 bedroom x 1 bathroom. I do NOT have to pay for water/electricity/gas etc. But I DO have to pay for the washing machine rental and internet (of course) so I'm hoping to find a roommate to replace my roommate moving out. The only conditions I have are a cleaning schedule. I know it can get stressful so I don't expect a perfectly clean apartment all the time. But I am adamant about following a cleaning schedule. So if you're a female looking to move in within the next month, please respond to this comment and let me know!!! Thank you! Congrats again to you all.

hey guys so I'm currently a student at UTMB SON and I've failed out once in the beginning but appealed and was able to try again since my letter of appeal was successful. I didn't pass a class during my second semester and I wanted to know how helpful would a second letter of appeal be? What are the chances of my letter of appeal to work again considering this would be the second time they sent me an academic dismissal. My advisor told me to do an appeal but I wanted to know my chances because I don't want to get my hopes up. Thank you! Please any advice or knowledge would be helpful.

Hi everyone. I am going to submit in my application to UTMB tomorrow for Fall 2018. I am filling out the NursingCAS application right now and they have not received all my transcripts yet from my different colleges/universities I have attended. I put in transcript requests from those schools over a week ago. If NursingCAS has not received all my transcripts by tomorrow, do you think it will affect my application for UTMB? Do you know if I can directly send them to UTMB?
