UTMB Spring/Summer 2019

Hi I know it's a few months early, but have anyone started getting their application/essay ready to apply to UTMB for 2019? Lol I'm nervous looking at blogs from previous years. I'm also scared to take the TEAS. I plan on applying for Summer 2019.

Hey friends I was wondering how long it took for your letter to come into the mail after you were accepted? I was accepted almost 2 weeks ago & I paid the deposit but I haven't gotten anything in the mail.

I got my letter this weekend. I was officially accepted on July 18 so that's about 10 days difference.

To accept admissions we just need to pay the deposit correct? I was just wondering if there is anything else that needed to be done. I know the deadline is August first to accept.

Yes, pay the $200 acceptance fee, and that's it for now, they might send you a new username and password for mystar with 24hrs

Once you pay the deposit, you will get an official letter in the mail. You will also get 3 forms that you have to send to Ms.Botello as well. It is the ADA (American Disabilities Act) form, a acceptance form about you confirming you are going to UTMB, and a checklist that you need to initial of what you need to do before starting school (CPR Certification, Immunizations, etc).

Also! the emails go "Application 1, 2, 3" and then it skips to "Application 5", is that normal? did I miss an email #4??

Anything yet for any of my fellow July interviewees? Nothing on my end:nailbiting:. I sure was hoping it would be this week.:arghh:

Did they write your new login username? This will also be your email address. So, if the user name is janedoe then the email will be [email protected]. You can access the email from utmb.edu in the top right corner.

I got everything sorted out, it was a long process, because i couldn't change my password for mystar, had to call the service desk for help. They sorted it out tho

Nothing here! I think next week will be our best bet to hear back since they are finishing up with finals this week. Possibly the week after next? I hope it is soon!
