I read through the whole UTMB Fall 2014 thread and thought I'd start the next semesters thread (because I couldn't find one). I know the application doesn't close until May 31st, but thought it would be helpful to start this now.

My dress was white and black, but I don't see colored bottoms being an issue as long as it's not too crazy.

This will be my second bachelors degree (hopefully) so that probably helped me out. I had a pretty good personal statement as well and I think they really take those into consideration when selecting candidates for interviews. My GPA is probably a 3.3 to 3.4. I haven't calculated it after the two classes I just finished up. I scored an 85.7% overall on the TEAS. I'm also an EMT so that probably helped me out too.

I heard that they only look at your GPA, TEAS, and personal statement. They don't consider any past degrees or any past occupations. They also don't consider where you went to school.

Don't worry. My friend just called and they couldn't give specifics, but they said you're still in the running until you get a rejection. They have sent out interview emails (and still are/going to) along with rejection emails. Keep your head up!
