UTMB Spring 2015 Applicants

Hey Y'all,

I read through the whole UTMB Fall 2014 thread and thought I'd start the next semesters thread (because I couldn't find one). I know the application doesn't close until May 31st, but thought it would be helpful to start this now.

This is probably a stupid question, but do any of you know where they "weed out" the most people? I just got an email for my interview today, but I didn't know if the committee meets before and after the interviews, or just after. Do all applicants get interviews, or just people that they are looking at admitting into the program?

Not all applicants are interviewed. The committee meets before interviews to select interviewees and after to select who to admit/deny/wait list. Hope this helps.

I applied to start this fall term but I did not get accepted so this will be my second time interviewing! Hope it goes well this time.
