UTMB Spring 2015 Applicants

Hey Y'all,

I read through the whole UTMB Fall 2014 thread and thought I'd start the next semesters thread (because I couldn't find one). I know the application doesn't close until May 31st, but thought it would be helpful to start this now.

Gpa is 3.76 and teas was a 74 overall with a 90% in human/body science. I totally bombed the math section.

Oh and my science gpa is a 3.5.

Does anyone know when the next group of interviews will be?

My GPA is 3.72

Science 4.0

That really good! My GPA is a 3.69

Science 4.0 as well

I'm not sure. If you call they might tell you. I think they are conducting interviews for two weeks so they might send the next ones out within a week or two

How was your Teas score? I also know they look at your personal statement

My stats are:

science and math GPA- 3.48

cumulative GPA- 3.56

TEAS- 69.7 cumulative score

I have two years pharmacy experience as well, but I don't know if that will make any difference! I wrote an excellent statement (in my opinion). I don't think I'm too competitive, but I don't think that I'm too bad off either. I have not gotten an email that says that I should retake the TEAS, and I haven't gotten a denial email. At this point I'm a little worried, but I have accepted the fact that I might not get in spring, and I will have a chance to retake the TEAS.

How was your Teas score? I also know they look at your personal statement

Teas score was a 72% and in my opinion my personal statement was good :/

If you haven't received a denial letter there is still a good chance. Did you ask if you could retake your TEAS?

No. They will have more from what I was told. The first wave I believe is only going on for the next two weeks.
