Hi everyone,
I finally got through the applications (I'm a little behind) and i am waiting for the myStar email. How long did it take to receive that one? It's been almost a week for me.

I received mine a few days to a week after. Maybe it will take a little longer with the holidays?
Yeah that's what I was thinking too. Thanks!

I applied 2nd week of December. Got my secondary application email and submitted it December 23. Just got the mystar access emails today. About how long after that should I expect to see if I have been accepted or not?
I had all that Done by November 18 and I'm still waiting.

Just now submitted my application to NursingCAS ( I know I"m too close to the deadline) but crossing my fingers. I am a UTMB alumni, went there for my BSN, also applied to this program in 2014 and didn't get in with my undergrad GPA of 3.0, so I'm just trying them one more time before i give up. Wishing everyone here all the best :-)
Baxterdr- they said it could take up to 4-6 weeks to be notified.
Thanks!

I actually submitted my application from Nursing CAS November 11, got mystar access on November 16, and got my acceptance into the program on December 22. I was really surprised to get an acceptance before the application cycle had ended. Mine took about 5-6 weeks from beginning to end, but yours may be longer since they had a couple weeks off from the holidays. I know that I got the acceptance through e-mail and a few days later, I also got a letter in the mail with some ADA forms I had to mail back to the school.

Would anyone recommend applying if someone has 4 years LVN experience and will have about 6 months RN experience in IMU once the program starts? I want to apply but I don't want to waste money if my experience will not be enough.
I believe the requirements are 1 year of experience when you apply.
