Hello! I searched the site and seen no one made a topic about the people trying to enter in Fall 2013 so here is it :up: I am applying to UTMB for Fall 2013. I've written my personal statement and filled in the application. Now i'm waiting on nursing CAS to receive all my transcripts and to take my TEAS test on Jan. 8. I'm so nervous. How is everyone else coming along?

This waiting period is really getting to me.. :(

Quick question.

If I were to accept my acceptance to San Jac and then later on got accepted to UTMB, can I drop out of San Jac and go to UTMB still, or will I be stuck?

You could call and ask. But, normally you are never stuck. They know that sometimes things happen that make you unable to attend. So you should be able to tell San Jac no if you get into UTMB.

Its always better to accept other options and then if you get Utmb, you drop San jac (:

I can't beleive I'm just now joining this site. I was google searching info on the UTMB waitlist and this discussion board came up. I am on the UTMB waitlist and I am going crazy with this waiting!!! Definitely could use some kind of support or understanding in my anxiousness. Has anyone that was waitlisted heard anything from UTMB yet?

Haven't heard anything yet, but I guess some people have? I don't know, I'm getting super scared since my dumb butt only applied to Utmb and nowhere else. I just wish they'll tell us soon! Good luck!

Good Luck to you too!! Yeah I'm just super anxious about the whole thing. This is my last chance for Fall so I'm wigging out a little. Do you know if we should be expecting a call or an email? and also do you know why UTMB isn't allowed to tell us what number we are on the wait list? That seems a little silly and unfair to me to be honest, but idk.

I think we get a call. Several people have said they got rejected by email. So im holding my breath for a call and every time I check my email I get nervous lol. I hear a lot of people do not even get called until orientation or after so we may be waiting until late August.... Waiting is hard but it's worth it for UTMB. :yes:
