UTMB Fall 2012

HI! I am applying for the traditional BSN program at UTMB that starts Fall 2012. I am taking my TEAS this friday and I wanted to know if anyone else here is applying for the same semester. Hopefully there are others so I don't have to be nervous alone!! :D

I have a 4.0 GPA and scored a 77.3 on the TEAS.

That is awesome! I wished I could have gotten one of those lovely emails ;) Maybe it is alphabetical???? I don't think I will get an email myself, bc my GPA isn't that high, but depending on how fast these emails go out depends on how quickly they will start emailing for interviews.

I feel the same way! I'm guessing they are doing the direct admits and then they will have a number of spots leftover, then interview emails will go out trying to fill those spots! I'm thrilled for you guys who have already been accepted what a relief!!!! I still check my email multiple times a day!

From the old threads it looks like it took the SON a while to get to them about interviews. I'm hoping that they will go faster cause I am dying over here! I've called and sent emails with no answer....I'm thinking they are getting bombarded!

Congratulations to those that got it!! You must be so excited! :)

On my MyStar account My application is still listed as "incomplete". When I called a few weeks ago to ask about this, they said it was because my transcript was "active" because I'm still taking classes at the college I'm attending. I'm working on a backup biology degree in case I do not get into UTMB this first go, but have completed all the pre-requisites for the SON.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? I'm sort of concerned that my status has not changed to "complete". :uhoh21:

GPA: 3.01 TEAS: 76.5
