UTMB BSN Fall 09

I applied o UTMB and still anxiously waiting for a letter for intervciew. has anyone heard anything about the fall 09 application. Has anyone gotten interviews yet?

Is anyone else not too happy with Exam 1 in patho 2305 at San Jac?

Hang in there guys (for those in Patho at SJC)! I hear it is structured the same way ours was in the spring, but much faster of course! I heard someone made a 98 (congrats K :) ) so it can be done guys! Read the chapters, do the essays first, oh and we also had a medical dictionary that we used for our class. Hang in there and it will be over soon!

yeah exam 1 kicked my butt lol but i still managed a good grade...i felt super rushed through the essay parts & am pretty sure some of it didn't make sense but o well lol....i had to take all next week off from work just so i have enough time to read & study for exam 3! its like 7 ch long! plus assignment 1 is due thurs! lol july 9 can't come soon enough!

Yes, I know I felt the same way in the Spring! Our teacher was very good to us on grading though! Yall are lucky though, since we're already accepted all yall need is a C, we needed an A in it! Our first assignment was horrible, I heard yalls is better?

That's a good way to look at it (that you all are already in) but If you guys are like me, you still want those As! :wink2:

i went to the utmb open house today and learned a couple of things.

1. the pathophysiology class can be substituted with an extra science course and

2. the bsn "generic" summer start program has been moved to a spring 2010 start instead and the application deadline is 7/31/09.

i don't see the application for it but i was assured it was online. the only open bsn programs that i see are:

[color=#000]bachelor of science in nursing: rn-bsn track (on-line) -licensed registered nurses only!

bachelor of science in nursing: bacc2 - accelerated track (3-term program) bachelor degree required for admission.

i'm waiting to hear from ms. turner as to where the generic application is located.

have you guys heard the same info?
