UTHSCSA Traditional BSN Application Fall 15

Hey guys!

So the application to start in the Fall of 2015 is due on February 1st. Really, that is right around the corner if you think about it!

Let this thread be dedicated to all hopefuls!

I still have to take the Teas V, but I did buy the study guide with 2 tests so hopefully that helps. My cumulative GPA will be 3.2ish and my pre-req GPA will be close to 4.0. I'm extremely anxious about getting in that is for sure!

I haven't received anything! I can't decide if that's a good thing or a bad thing. What does everyone else think?

I'm sure you're in I'm guessing they sent wait list first and then they'll send acceptance letters

:( 6/10 is still a pretty good chance miss, don't let that upset you, stay positive!!

50/50 honestly, still might not make the cut and we'll find out tomorrow I guess.

I personally applied to four different nursing programs for fall 2015. If I get in to more than one then I will have to deny all but one. There IS hope if you're waitlisted!

Technically, being wait listed means you practically got in, but there are just so many competing applicants. There's def hope for you. I'm so much more nervous/anxious now. Checking email every 5 seconds instead of every 10 seconds.

My friend got a waiting list email. Please be praying that 10 people decline and everyone on the wait list is able to get an admission letter.

If they have the waitlisters already chosen, they MUST be done with everyone's rankings. I know for TWU they said they wouldn't be sending out rejection emails until all the available spots were filled. But some schools send out acceptance/rejection emails at one time... so I'm unsure of what to think right now!

Math and Science: 3.88

TEAS: 68.7

Those are some amazing GPAs.... But that teas score! :( That has to be what did it.
