UTHSC Traditional BSN Spring 2014 Applicants

I have seen many threads for previous applicants for past semesters to the UT Houston School of Nursing. I wanted to start one myself as I am applying for the spring 2014 traditional BSN and have yet to find a thread for it. Although I opened it for applicants, I would also encourage previous applicants, current/previous students, and applicants for other semesters at UTHSC to join in and share in this exciting time!

Mine does say incomplete! It won't go away unless you've already finished all prereq classes by the deadline to apply! I'm taking my last few so it's gonna stay incomplete until it changes to a check mark or denial!

I haven't got my evaluation yet either, but some posted on last year's forum - got in without ever getting an evaluation. I really can't believe its only going to be a few weeks before some get to know.

I still haven't received my transcript eval. ;( I hope it's not like last time that I get it 2 wks before a denial. ughhh....I need to recreate my "woo-sah" mentality again...feeling anxious. -_-

Very! Especially since I have been accepted to my second school, and had written UT off because I knowingly did not take the critical thinking part of the HESI.

Oh my god, I have been so busy and haven't had a chance to come back to this post. I took my HESI a while back and submitted my apps. My overall score was an 89. Overall, I think the test was easy. I have been meaning to come back and mingle, but would just lurk for a bit since my time is so limited right now with school and work. Wish I could vent a bit more but homework is calling my name.

I was Accepted to HBU's Nursing School today! I applied to UT too, but I am sticking with HBU. I am so very happy! Future nurse right here!

Hey guys! Out of pure anxiousness and curiosity I emailed UTH to see what kind of response I'd get. I asked when to expect admissions decisions, or possibly when they would be reviewing applications. She said "we will be notified by mail by November" ugh thats what the website says but I know it will be earlier!!
