UTHSC Houston - Summer 2016 Applicants

Hey everyone!

I couldn't find a thread for Summer 2016 that was active so I'm starting one here! I am also an applicant for Fall 2016 but I'm applying for both because the deadlines are close and I really want to go here!!

So far I'm taking courses over the summer right now and going to finish my prerequisites this fall. I JUST finished the HESI exam today!!! Hope to hear from all of you soon

leciberlanga- Yes. After I accepted their offer for admissions and paid my $200 deposit, my status returned to a triangle because they still need my official transcripts once I finish this semester. Also the nursing holds are there and now there is a student tab instead of just an applicant tab.

Okay I just wanted to know if myUTH was normal. Congrats! I'm so excited!! Do you know what day the program begins?

No, but good for us if the second wave hasn't been sent out, but I read something and thought it was going to happen Thursday night. Nothing but junk in my emails:(

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think there will be another "wave" until April 15. I am just not feeling it.

I read last years summer post and some found out in March. Did you apply to any other schools or terms if you don't mind me asking.

But last year as well as previous years, applicants weren't initially notified until this week of February. This year's initial wave was 3 weeks earlier than prior years. They maybe a few more openings, but not until April 15 when the college funds a few more spots.
