UTHSC-Houston BSN Summer 2013

While I'm part of the discussion forum for the UTHSC-Houston fall 2013, I couldn't see any discussion forum for the summer 2013 entry that I decided to create a new thread. I have applied both for the summer and fall, 2013 at UTMB and UTHSC. I have submitted all my application documents to both schools and I'm patiently waiting for interview/decision. Anyone in the same situation?

Received my transcripts evaluation in the mail. Of the 60 credit hours prerequisite courses required, 50 of them are correctly evaluated. I'm left with 10 credit hours which I'm currently taking. I hope that this is a step in the right direction.

I received my transcript eval as well!! Woo hoo! Praying to God this is a step in the right direction!!

At the top of mine it says that at least 1 requirement has not been satisfied... It shows that I have earned 55 nursing prereq hours. I'm taking Micro and Stats at the moment, so those are the last 2 they are waiting on from me! Fingers crossed and praying that the next thing we receive from UT will be our acceptance!!

I emailed them yesterday asking if we had to send in a hard copy of something confirming our acceptance, as I never got an email about acceptance, only one telling me my admissions status had changed.

I received a very nice (and quick!) reply telling me that they are in the process of mailing out acceptance packets explaining all admission procedures, and to please be patient and ignore the due dates on MyUTH. Hope that will put some of y'all at ease, as it did for me!

I just received an email that I was accepted into the summer BSN program. The email stated that I log to MyUTH portal and accept or decline the offer of admission by Friday, March 1, 2013. I applied both for the summer and fall, 2013. I'm so happy that the waiting is finally over!
