Just wanted to start a forum to see if there are any other nursing student applicants for the Fall semester? I just applied, although, I know I will not get a response until beginning of April. I was so excited since I just finished my HESI. I had to retake it since I did not take Vocab. the first time I took it? . Anyways, I really pray I get in for August so I can get started and not need to take any additional classes for other schools. My friend got in for Spring 2019 and she is loving it. I have really been fighting to get here for a VERY LONG TIME
I'm guessing the Help Desk is out on Spring Break too, so I am stuck wondering whether or not my transcripts were received in time or not Anyways, here are my "new" stats since my application for Summer. I just retook the Hesi and now have Hist 1301, Psyc 2317 and AP 2 completed on my transcripts, so my scores are better now.
My overall is what worries me the most + whether or not my new transcripts got there on time. I also retook the Hesi last minute, AKA the day it was due So hoping they count it because it is much better than my original go around. We shall see!
What I learned from applying for the Summer session is, DON'T stress yourself out trying to figure out what they are looking for in an applicant, because it truly is all over the place. Don't always bet on hearing on a certain day based on past threads; for Summer, we heard back on a Tuesday when we thought it would be the previous Friday. Also, decisions went out in waves, there were 2-3 days of acceptances at different times of the day, then denials and waitlists came in waves too. It was 7 weeks from the application deadline that the first decisions went out. The best thing you can do is just let it be, breathe, and keep doing what you're doing and keep your options open! Best of luck to everyone ?

I keep getting locked out of my account, which is a seperate issue BUT if it says past due, that likely means they were not received by yesterday's deadline. I fear that mine did not get there in time either and I cannot check the status on my portal since I am locked out It is also Cizik's spring break starting Monday, so I don't think there will be anyone to speak to until the following Monday, March 25th..

Hey potential UT nursing students! My name is Stephanie and I am a current UT nursing student. I wanted to hop on here and wish you all the best of luck. I hope you find out sooner rather than later. Keep in mind fall is when MOST people apply so that is why the wait tends to be a little longer than w/ other semesters. Waiting is the hardest part, but getting that acceptance email is the SWEETEST feeling. I'm rooting for yall! UT is hands down the best nursing school and YES, I am 100% biased. BEST OF LUCK!

My account status shows "overdue" for the transcripts from my in progress courses. "The To Do list item will continue to appear - if your transcript contains in-progress or future term coursework - if you indicated you were to complete a degree at the listed college and the degree is not yet posted on the transcript"
Do you guys know when they will be sending out transcript Evaluations? I am trying to figure out where I stand lol ?
From previous forums I’ve read, it looks like they did it around April 20th, but some people never received them ??♀️ They seem to be kinda weird about them I think. Someone should call and make sure ?
