That is a uterus with a "UK" on it.

Good anatomy lesson there, Heather! :D

Like everyone else has said, I wouldn't give a cr*p what they did with it as long as it was out.

Do you think she thinks her uterus went through pain and suffering b/c it was branded?

Heather, thanks I didn't know what I was looking at.

I guess this is another instance where tort reform is needed. IMO

What happens next? The lawyers will be suing for pain/suffering/etc because something got biopsied?? This craziness has got to stop. No wonder costs are so high and deserving people like nurses don't get the pay raises they deserve.

I agree.....these women are looking for a way to get rich quick.

The only pain and suffering they endured is the post-surgical suffering they expected when they signed the surgery consent.

Who gives a rats behind what happened to the uterus?....was to be destroyed and never seen again, or missed for that matter.

Why give a reason for someone to get money from you? I really don't know what to make of it. The way people are sue happy I would never do something like that. Sounds like a lack of common sense on the surgeon's part.

But should she get millions for that? It wasn't illegal, or even unethical to me.

Maybe she wanted to bring it home in a jar and put it on the mantle. I mean, how would they know it was hers if it had someone else's initials on it???? :D
