UTA Spring 2013

Hello everyone! Just wanted to start this thread for anyone planning on attending UTA's nursing program in the Spring of 2013.....

I am working on the last of my pre-reqs right now at TCC, but I plan on attending UTA this fall to take Intro to Nursing, Patho, and Pharm... Anyone in the same boat???

Last thing I was told was that the Cooks/JPS slots are all full. I don't know about the other partnerships because I didn't ask. That was just last week.

Has anyone else from the waiting list heard anything? I heard they were going to make more calls this week once grades were finalized. I've given up hope at this time.
I'm sorry MelTX2012 - I know that it's so disappointing. Honestly we are not really given much information at this time - we are still waiting on clinical sight assignments so there might still be hope?

Are they making calls next week or is the university closed until January for the break?

So I guess they are making calls this week because I just got my call off the waitlist today. I am estatic!

YEAH!!!! congratulations! Is this for in seat or AP? My friend also just got a call for the in seat program - so I guess they are having a busy day ~ I'm so excited for you!

I just got a call for the AP program - although until I see something official I'm not sure I can believe it. I'm in shock!

Good for you MelTX!! Glad you will be joining us!! I felt the same way - I wasn't ready to believe it until I saw that acceptance letter come through my mavmail, lol!! :)

YEAH!! So happy for you too!!!! I know that you have been so anxious! It took several hours for mine to come in, and it looks like they are having a busy day - it'll come!
