Congrats! I am still waiting for the official email too. I guess they are waiting until all the calls are made so that they will send all the emails at once. I am so anxious to get my letter and orientation info.

So I guess they are making calls this week because I just got my call off the waitlist today. I am estatic!

Are they making calls next week or is the university closed until January for the break?

Binaxoxo, Are you planning to take Microbiology Spring 2013? I was wanting to sell my book and lab pack. I took it this past summer with professor Badon, and it was hard in the sense that it required paying very close attention to the readings. Her tests are tricky because the answers seem obvious, but its not the answer you are thinking of. All I can say is pay close attention to the assigned readings in the textbook and PowerPoint.

I've been a nervous wreck, and everytime the phone rings, my heart races a thousand beat hoping that it would be UTA with the good news. This is my first time applying, so there's always next semester. Still, I am holding on to that little glimpse of hope.

Hi mphillips! Glad to see you over here. I spoke to the Baylor advisor, and she told me that you would have to take the whole test over not just the AP and chemistry section only. I'm in the same boat because I didn't the science sections either. It's a bummer.

Hi mphillips. My advisor did provided me with my transcript evaluation, and I did just what you explained. However, there are three classes that I am still unsure. For example, UTA accepts Sociology or Anthropology, and I took both. One I got an A and the other I got a B, so therefore depending on which one transferred, it will affect my overall GPA. I would think they would take the one with higher grade, but you never know. You're right, I must go talk to my advisor in person and plan to do so tomorrow. Anyways, good luck to you.

Hi, I have been reading all of the postings for the last couple days and thought I should join so that I can inquire more info since UTA doesn't seem to explain much. I am waitlisted for the spring 2013 online program. I am really disappointed but trying to have some hopes that I will be call off the waitlist. I am partnered with Baylor. I am not quite sure of my exact GPA because I don't know which classes that were transferred from my previous degree UTA actually used to contribute to my GPA calculation. I tried to clear this up with my advisor but she keeps on telling me that she is not allow to disclose GPA info over email. I don't think she understands what I trying to ask her. Anyways, from my estimate they are 3.5 science and 3.48 for overall. I hope this is good enough to get call off the waiting list. I am so stressed out and a nervous wreck because I have to continue to wait further.
