UTA ONLINE FNP APRIL 7th Start

I just wanted to check in and see if anyone has received acceptance or any kind of notification into the ONLINE FNP Academic partnership for the April 7th start!

missrnbsn2u..... can I ask why you want to take patho by itself? Did someone advice you to do so? Thanks.

Just going off of Idawn's post. And i was informed now that we can't take Patho by itself that research would have to be taken by itself. I received both degree plans 2 course/1course. Only problem is for those getting financial aid there are several semesters you wouldn't get financial aid, and the 2 course there is a time where they have us taking 13 hours in a semester which means you would have to come out of pocket. I emailed them what I would like to do and waiting to see if its an option. For financial aid purposes I would like to take 6 hrs a semester whether they are together or separate classes. I will let you know what they say.

It hasn't been created. Called help desk and they sent a request over for it to be created. I have a question. So I was looking at the email that tells us which courses to take. So this summer we are technically taking 3 courses? 1 starting May 19 and the other 2 starting June 30. Does anyone know if we can take the May 19 and one from the June 30 start date? I dont mind taking 2 courses at a time, which I know this is technically 2 at a time, but 3 in a summer session seems a bit much.

Yes I registered and the email with courses was in the email that you had to send if you were accepting admissions

I spoke with the enrollment counselor and told her I hadn't gotten any letter or email yet. She said I should have already, but that she would send me the email I needed. She sent me a form and an email address to send it to to accept for May 19th. The form said

In order to receive your personalized degree plan, this form must be completed and returned no later than Monday May 12, 2014.

The deadline for registration is 5/14/2014; and the deadline for payment is 5/16/2014. These deadlines are firm.

The form says 1 course at a time is okay.

She also told me about the $4000 scholarship for starting in May. And then I also get a small discount for working at a partner hospital. With both discounts, my price for the program should be $27,356. I just paid for NURS 5327 and it does not show any discount yet - it's the standard $654/cr hour fee. Hopefully they credit my account with the discount or apply it to my next class, but I went ahead and paid it.

Since I can't start until sept would someone post what the degree plan looks like pretty please. I am dying to know how the classes line up. Thanks.

annie_m these are the 2 that I have. Just so everyone who is getting Financial aid I have created my own and just waiting for them to send it to me. It has you taking 2 courses a semester and 1 in the summer. Now whether the courses are taken together or separate just depends on the semester. So if anyone wants that one when I get it let me know.

Thanks so much. They gave me a prospective date of dec 2017. I was told the next class I need starts in sept would be patho so I wonder why they have me six months out from you. I have already completed theory, research, theory and research and curriculum devlopment finishes today for my elective. Guess I need to send an email.
