UTA AP BSN Spring 2014

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to start a new thread for those of us applying this May for the Spring 2014 entry into the AP BSN program. I have been working on my prerequisites for the last year and still have about 5 classes left to take. I will also be taking my HESI in May. I am so excited to get the nursing program started, but really nervous as well! I will have to work full time during the program and hope that it will work out. I am currently partnered with Cook Children's. Anyone else out there fixing to apply for Spring 2014 entry?

Heyyyy! I remember you! We took patho and pharm together. I think you know Pia. I was in the study group with her. Well congrats to you too! We will do great! Good luck!

Yeah, I decided it would be better for my family..and I'm thinking I probably will learn better in a classroom setting. Me too feeling kind of overwhelmed with all I gotta get done before January, but just can't wait to start. Yes hopefully we will get a chance to meet!!

Where would I find a list of the required books for this spring?

Go to the UTA bookstore under textbooks type in the class number. But I wouldn't buy anything yet. This fall I bought my chem book too early and the professor change it 2 weeks before class started. It was a hassle to change.

I looked but when I look up the Junior I courses there isn't any books listed.
