Anyone else get an offer yet? A manager told me I should hear back by next week but just wondering.

Specializes in Nurse Residency.

Does it mean anything if a member of the interview panel follows an applicant on LinkedIn?

I would assume that is a positive sign

Sorry, I left out the part that I invited them to follow me before the interview...

For those that have interviewed, how was the interview? Was it a lot of situational/behavioral questions? I have one coming up and I'm nervous!

What unit? It was a lot of behavioral and they wanted to know more about me. Atleast this was the case for mine

I'm interviewing for acute medical!

Good luck on interviews and offers this week!

Anyone get an offer today?! 🙂

Anyone interviewed for the PACU? I'm curious about what kind of questions to expect.

I just had my interview and it was a ton of questions where they wanted your personal clinical experiences. Then one where they asked you to prioritize 3 patients.

Were the personal clinical experiences questions framed like"tell me about a time when…” ?
