Yes they all take turns like I had 3 people so each of them go in order asking questions and then they'll write down any notes and usually there's like a pause until the next question kinda awkward waiting for the next question but just keep smiling for the ICU I didn't interview for it but I have 2 friends who did and got the job but I think they only difference is that they asked scenario questions so I would brush up on symptoms and interventions for common things like stroke,HF,diabetes, sepsis, and shock but other questions were like

The questions were pretty basic ones u find online these are all I could remember

Tell me about yourself

Tell me why u want prep/recovery

Why do u want to be a nurse

Tell me about mistake you made

Tell me what is one of your biggest accomplishments in nursing school

Tell me about a difficult patient

Tell me about a time you had a difficult coworker

Tell me about a time you noticed a change in a patients condition and what u did

And most of them would be like explain what did you do and what did u learn from it

Thank you so much! You have been very helpful!

Hello everyone!
I applied for the Fall cohort and received an interview for the Simmons Cancer Center. I was hoping someone could share any insights or information specific to this unit.
Thanks in advance!
