Just found this message link as I obsess and wait for my letter. I was told the 1st week in Feb (NOW) probably, or the 2nd week in Feb at the latest. I had one interview but no second (hope that's not bad), applied for child health w/ Public Health specialty. Good luck to all. Hope to see you on campus in June.

I am quite obsessed myself, I must admit. And perhaps a bit cranky, because my life could change so fast with just one little letter.......I've heard they actually let GIAC know before the applicant is notified, so I have been obsessively checking online to see my application status with them. Best of luck!

I'd wait until mid-February, to be honest.

I applied for the Psych Mental Health NP track, did anyone else apply to it?

Hi everyone. I thought I would look here to see if there was anyone who had received a phone call. For me, I had a 1st interview and then a second interview a little later. I was told If I was accepted, Id receive a call, the beginning of February, so Im super nervous hoping to receive a call. I was informed of the specific number of spots for each program and it's SUPER COMPETITTIVE this year!

What I was told at the general information meeting, was that in previous years there are about 150 applicants and about 54-56 slots open. Is it more competitive this year? I applied for PMHNP. Do you remember how those numbers compared to the other areas? Thanks!

Wait, don't you mean FMHNP?

What does PMHNP stand for?

Yes, I meant FPMHNP. How could there be only three spots? That's not good news =(. Thanks for all the info though, I really appreciate it.

Well, they said they'd like to increase the number of spots and all, but there's budget issues from the state and such

Has anybody heard yet whether they have been accepted or not?

Hey hey hey! Let's not ruin our Monday here! :p

I haven't heard back yet. Then again, it's not mid-February yet either.
