Finally, some news! I received info about interviews through email. Called and scheduled mine, how nervous I am. I scheduled it for the same day as the info sessions, Jan 10th. :)

Hi,

I also have applied for the 2011 Summer start date! I chose the CNS route.

Does anyone know the basis for who they choose to interview? I did not get an email about setting one up...but, I also just finished some major pre-req's this Fall. I am not sure if they wait to give out interviews after they have a more complete file or if they do it all at once? Does everyone get an interview?

I'm not sure, but I think they give out interviews to the top 80% of applicants, maybe.

I have my 2nd interview tomorrow (had my first one a month ago!), so I'm driving back to Austin early in the morning!

i forgot to ask at my interview when we'll be notified of acceptance/rejection.... anyone know? specifically for AHCNS?

I think we'll get decisions mid-February, since the adcom's are probably making decisions now

I went on an interview in December, but didn't know they conducted second interviews. Does anyone know anything about the second interviews and what that means? Thanks

the email i got inviting me to an interview was sent out December 15th and asked for us to schedule interviews either on Jan 10th or 11th. I went ahead and attended the info session they had on the 10th and they said they interview the top 80% and then just accept the amount of spaces they have to each program. I believe they said they had 12 spots for the Adult Health CNS sepcialty this year.
