Hey everyone!
has anyone else applied for spring 2017 bsn program at USF? I know we'll be getting admission decisions soon!
my family are advising me to do the same thing since I live in San Jose , but how can we get to clinicals ? Do you think there will be public transportation?
i think there will be public transportation but it may not be reliable or be very far from some clinical sites. I'm not 100% sure tbh but I think it's best to drive to clinical sites and get there earlier than scheduled. Don't want to be late for clinicals! Ever!

the only issue with parking is when the streets have limited hours. Then it's public transpo from far away some places have parking but it's not common
I keep seeing people have already registered for their "block"? I am coming in as a transfer and don't have an opting to register for classes yet. Whom should I contact with regards to this at USF?
You are guaranteed your classes and will have one or two blocks to chose from once you can. Us students already enrolled filled up ~10 blocks back in November. Don't stress about it. It's out of your hands this time but come fall you can pick from all the blocks :)
Guys,I think I might start another career... As a panhandler....

what color scrubs do they have to be? Could you share your list of supplies needed for clinicals please we didn't even get that list yet
Hi Mothernurseclub:
I stopped by the admission and finical aid office. I happen to run into one of the admission counselors and I asked how many transfer student were accepted. They informed me that I was 1 out of 10. Transfer students have a harder time getting into this program because it is based on clinical spots. The clinical spots tend to be reserved for the student that have been at USF since their freshmen year.
Do we have a USF Facebook group yet? My wife is in the MEPN program at UCSF and her cohort has a Facebook group page that has proven to be incredibly helpful with regards to communicating ride shares, housing, due dates, information sharing in general. Just a thought...
Congrats to everyone!
I'm scrabbling to schedule my physical, get my CPR certification, and all of my titers/vaccinations etc.
I'm literally bleeding money I don't have...
Still waiting on my financial aid award letter.
