This thread is for those who applied for the np program for fall 2017 please inform if you've had an interview and when you submitted your application thank you

Congratulations!!! That is great news.

What time did you receive the email?

Yay! I got an interview with usf too! I submitted my application on 2/10 and got verified on 2/22. Background info to give others piece of mind...My average Joe stats: 3.56 GPA, ADN with Bachelors in Bio, 1 year 6 months in CVICU and 6 months in Cardiac Clinic. Good luck guys!

I had started a thread back in February about the AGACNP application to see if anyone else was applying, and one person just replied March 1st saying they just got an acceptance to the program email and that USF did the Acute Care apps 1st and 16 out of approximately 40 were accepted. Anyone else on this blog applying for Acute Care?

Congratulations, that is great news!!!

I applied to the FNP track. No word, as of yet:(

I haven't heard either  I'm expecting to be denied lol but on the positive side we should hear on the reason why we didn't get accepted. So I was told at least

Why do you expect a denial? I'm still holding out hope:nailbiting:

Because easier to prepare for the worst :( but keep me updated if you do! What's your gpa?

Messaged msn advisor and she told me they're sending out invites in the order verification. I got my verified at the end of January. :( so I deff didn't get an invite but please update me on how the interviews go :) for future reference

My colleague that is presently in the AGACNP program said that she never got an email or an interview. She received an official acceptance letter in the mail. My other colleague said that she received a denial email and then another email stating that she was denied, what the average GPA was, and how many people applied. She was applying for the FNP program. So, I guess it just depends on what their process is this year. I'm trying to remain positive even though no invitation for an interview has come my way thus far. I do have a Plan B to apply to another University if this does not pan out.

I also received an interview for March. Fairly new to nursing (less than a year) and 4.0 GPA.
