Hey everyone, I thought to start a thread for the current University of San Francisco Summer 2018 application period for the ME-MSN for non-nurse program. I've read the threads from previous application periods and thought it would be nice to start one for this current application period. Feel free to start posting about anything you'd want to talk about or share.

I also have a question regarding financial aid. Did you recieve your financial aid packet? How can I access my FA award? I tried checking through myUSF but it asks for a PIN and I did not recieve any pin.

Also any information on orientation date, fee due date, registeration date?

Fee ($500) due date is April 2nd. I am not sure on the rest I just went out of town so if we are getting any mail I won't see it until the First.

I thought the fee due date is on April 11th and not the 2nd? Please let me know if I may have missed something :).

Congratulations on getting accepted.

My letter has April 11th too. I think April 2nd is for the first round of acceptances.

Does anyone know when we will recieve the financial aid letter/award? Is it required to make the deposit first before viewing the financial aid letter? I am stuck and do not know anything about the financial aid. Any input will be appreciated.

Also, did you guys recieve any email after the status update? I have not recieved any information except the acceptance phone call.

I also had a hard time looking for the financial aid letter/award. But I'm assuming we would have to finish one step at a time before the next step becomes available to us. Will update if I receive any mail or anything else after receiving the acceptance phone call but as of now, I have only received the acceptance letter and the phone call :).

Thank you, I will appreciate your help. After reading last year's summer forum, I think the financial aid is awarded little late, somewhere around the beginning of May. If I am not wrong, I think the deadline to pay is May 1st.

I would love to know if people applied for private loans until they recieved their federal loan award?

You are correct one step at a time is going to make the process easier, it is just that we have only few weeks to figure out everything and it makes me nervous. I am scared of loans and interest like everyone else, but for me there is no other option.
