USF MSN-CNL non-nurse spring 2017

Hey guys! I wanted to start a threat for those of you applying to USF's MSN-CNL program for this spring! Deadline is Sep 1st, still some time to go! Who is out there that is applying?? :)

Maybe like you said it means they have started reviewing people.. It just scared me when future_nurse had the same status and they were denied just took the benadryl and hoping it kicks in soon lol

Did anyone's application status change as of this morning from to be reviewed after deadline to just submitted? Mine still hasn't changed. Lets keep each other in the loop if we hear anything today!

Hi guys,

This morning I received an email saying that my decision was available. Unfortunately I was not accepted. I am so saddened ;/. This was my first time applying so perhaps I did not add the right stuff on my personal statement. I didnt even get placed in the waiting list. I plan to re apply for summer term ...any advice??? Good luck guys!

I am so sorry @made90! I totally feel for you and I hope that you are staying positive and knowing that you WILL GET THERE! I would be happy to help you when you reapply if I do get in, otherwise ill be reapplying with you in summer. If you want me to edit your personal statement I would be happy to, just send me you're email and ill email you.

My status still says submitted which is a relief. Looks like things are starting to move along.

Thank you @afton the benadryl wore off around 4 am and I could not go back to sleep ... Maybe today will not be big for acceptances but is another day for denials? Or they possibly may do both? I'm starting to sound crazy lol

I didn't sleep either @md21887 and woke up super early thinking about today. I know my thought process is going crazy. It could be just denials but week 8 is the start of when we should hear back and from past threads people ALWAYS started to get acceptances at the beginning of their timeline. It could be just denials today but I still have reason to believe acceptance calls could happen today too. They have to get the ball rolling to give the primary selections enough time to accept or decline. We won't know what actually happens today if there is no one who got called today on this forum...hopefully there is tho! haha going crazy

I have seen past threads most calls go out in the afternoon for acceptances. Their are even people that never got calls but received acceptance letter through the mail.

Ya I saw that too. Afternoon time is def the time they call. And I did see one person get an acceptance letter before the call but I didn't see any others like that. Maybe a fluke?
