USF ME-MSN Summer 2020

Didn’t see a post about the USF ME-MSN program for Summer 2020 and thought I’d start one! Feel free to reply about your thoughts, updates on the application/decisions, etc!!

Hey all! I honestly forgot I applied to USF because so many other schools have already sent out acceptances. But given the state of the world with COVID-19, I'm wanting to stay more local in/around Los Angeles where I'm from. Anywhoooooooo, has anyone heard anything?!? This is the last school I'm waiting to hear from!! Good luck to everyone!

Out of curiosity, where else have you applied and heard from?

So many ?? I applied to MGHIHP, University of Miami, Queen's University of Charlotte, Duquesne, University of St. Mary, NAU, OHSU (all ABSN) and Emory, Augusta, SLU and USF (for MSN).

I've heard back from all except USF!

CONGRATS! Hopefully some good news from some if not all of the schools!:) I haven’t heard anything back yet but reached out a few days ago to ask some questions and received a reply today! They said application timeline is not affected so I would say Friday would be the last day we would find out!

Whoa, Friday would be the last day? So soon! Especially if no one has heard anything yet! Getting suuupperrr nervous now!

just got this email right now

“We hope this message finds you safe and well. Thank you for your continued interest in the Master’s Entry MSN program at the University of San Francisco. We are writing to inform you that admissions decisions are still under review and will be sent to you in the coming week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

did you guys get the same?

I got the same email just a couple minutes ago. I thought it was this blog, but when I opened it I realized it was from the school.

Haha same! I think it’s nice of them to send an update with where they’re at. Now we can relax for a week before decisions are finalized!
