Anyone applying to USF's (University of South Florida) nursing program?. I feel discouraged because I heard how competitive and rigorous it is.I have a 3.7 GPA. finished about half of my pre-reqs, got A's in all of my science courses. A B in statistics, ethics, and humanities:sarcastic:. I'm currently an ambassador at a community college and volunteering at a hospital. If those aren't good enough to get in the program I don't know what will lol. Is anyone here a USF nursing student? I would love to hear your experiences. I hope I can at least get into USF or my community college. If those fail..then it's off to Rasmussen or technical for me!!
How can they make USF students first priority when all applicants are required to first be admitted to the university?
You're right sure it makes you a usf student when you get in the school in general but those who took prereqs at the school i believe do have an advantage if their stats are looking like us who took prereqs outside of usf
I agree with rmv08 I have never heard such a thing as USF students being first priority ..FSU I heard stress great importance on their students being first priority however. If its true thats really discouraging :/ but imma keep my head up. This week is going by slow...and tomm Friday :0 .
I hope USF has more spots for transfer students then the other schools have.
