USF applicants 2013

UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Anyone applying to USF's (University of South Florida) nursing program?. I feel discouraged because I heard how competitive and rigorous it is.I have a 3.7 GPA. finished about half of my pre-reqs, got A's in all of my science courses. A B in statistics, ethics, and humanities:sarcastic:. I'm currently an ambassador at a community college and volunteering at a hospital. If those aren't good enough to get in the program I don't know what will lol. Is anyone here a USF nursing student? I would love to hear your experiences. I hope I can at least get into USF or my community college. If those fail..then it's off to Rasmussen or technical for me!!

I just checked the info and it looks like if this is your first time at usf then you have to do orientation. It suggests either the 26th of june or 17th of july in order to be ready to register for classes. I think I might try to do the 26th. Anyone else know the date they want to go? Maybe we can meet up?

Hi guys, I got denied. Guess they didn't like my essay. GPA isn't everything, as we know! Best of luck to all you guys. I am upset but clearly USF isn't what God has planned for me.

At least you have a spot usfgirl that's the positive news! Theres so much to do before the program whoo gotta get started as soon as possible..expensive too. I have to wait until my fin aid kicks in to buy the items required for the program! CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who got accepted!!!:laugh:
