USF ABSN Fall 2021 St. Pete

Wanted to start a forum for anyone applying to the USF ABSN at the St. Pete campus for Fall!

I wanted to apply to the Tampa main campus but the turnaround time is super quick and starting in May seems a bit hectic for me so I decided to apply to St. Pete for the fall start date. I am super excited ? I graduated from USF with a bachelors in 2020 so I know its an amazing school and the campus is a dreaaammm

Hi! I wore a blouse but it’s a canvas video so you really can’t see your entire top unless you angle the camera that way (you literally saw my neck and shoulders in mine), if you don’t have anything businessy I’d just wear a solid color and do your makeup etc ?

Hi! I just had my interview! My camera was pretty bad so you couldn't really see my makeup. The nicest top I had was a nice blouse but it did show my shoulders/: I hope they are more focusing on what im saying and not what im wearing. I was so anxious it the beginning it took 20 minutes for the first video to save.

OMG that’s so annoying ? I’m sure you did great:) I was so nervous LOL but now we just wait and hope for the best!

my laptop wouldn’t save so I didn’t get to do question 5 or 6 ?

I’m so nervous of that happening to me! I am doing the 1p time, so hopefully I don’t run into technical issues

Honestly, I feel like I did so well. I prepared notes and they really helped! One of the questions I feel like I nailed and really got through to them my passion ? I hope everyone else is confident. We got this!

That was terrible my videos were taking minutes to save. I didn’t finish ? one video took 20 minutes to save

This sucks, I finished 5 questions and one of mine literally was taking half an hour to save but I was doing them in different tabs and now I have to do it all over again tomorrow as if this wasn't stressful enough. I would have much rather talked to someone in person because now tomorrow I'm going to be freaking out even more. Chrome is not working for me so I am doing firefox does anyone have any tips?

Yea same!! It literally sucks. Chrome was not working. I kept trying to submit my videos and it wouldn’t load. I work full time and can’t take off in the morning tomorrow.

SAME! I was so upset I filmed one of my questions and LOVED my answer and truly felt it explained my passion but it was taking SO LONG to save and after 25 (it was legit the first question so I was freaking out) I just freaking started over and made the answer much shorter even tho the first one was only 2mins on the dot:( I didn't like it as much the second time but whatever. I pretty much had to rush the second and third question because of that but did super well on the other three! It is whatever. I did the best I can. Also I feel like my chances are low anyway bc of my prereq GPA
