Hi all! I have looked around for another thread about MSN applicants for UPENN for 2015 but have only found the Dual BSN/MSN thread. Is anyone out there applying to the ersity of Pennsylvania for any of the 2015 semesters?
I am applying for the Pediatric Acute Care: Critical Care concentration starting Summer 2015. My application just went "Ready for Review" status and now I am anxiously waiting to hear back about an interview (fingers crossed). Anybody out there in the same boat or had a similar experience? Any tips for the interview?

I haven't heard anything yet either. Not even for a phone interview... I'm going crazy! the scholarship i planned on applying for ends 5/7. I have to be enrolled into a program in order to apply. So I guess that went out the window. Wishing you guys the best!
Have you contacted someone in your specific program? I feel like the admissions office is overwhelmed and maybe you can get a better idea of what's going on from a faculty member.
eml, I tried emailing the program director, but nothing. I applied to NYU as well and they told me they'd render a decision by the end of May. Too late for my scholarship!
Hi all! I applied to Upenn's Pediatric Acute Care NP/Chronic concentration. My interview was 4/8. She said they would be meeting to make final decisions regarding the acute pediatric specialties "in the next few weeks" (not sure if they also decide primary Peds) and decisions would be out "shortly after". It's been two weeks now, I'm assuming we will know by next week or the first week in May??? I was looking at a thread from last year and they found out May 14th, really hoping it's before then! kcholley, i think the acute care and primary have different directors so I wouldn't be included in that pool. I'm afraid either I have been rejected without an interview or they're really backed up.. I wish you luck! please let us know if you get accepted!
