Greetings fellow 2018 UPenn BSN/MSN applicants! Just thought I could start a thread for the incoming applicants so we can help each other out through the application process.

Does anyone know if we need to submit separate transcripts for study abroad programs if it's already clearly stated on our official undergraduate transcript? Thanks! : )

Are phone interviews for midwifery?

Also does anyone know when msn only applicants will hear about admission status after the interviews on Monday?

Just had my AGACNP phone interview! Not the most typical of questions (e.g. how my friends would describe me) but my interviewer was very nice and it was pretty informal imo. Good luck everyone with in-person today and other phone interviews!

Hey thanks so much for the info! I still haven't been scheduled yet...and I even followed up via email to check in on that... grrr! Makes me anxious. Anyway! Would you mind sharing about how long the whole thing was? :)

Yes. I'm an applicant for BSN/MSN program. After a follow up email to Filomena, I got an email saying that they haven't yet been provided details to schedule for my interview. Would hear something when schedule. Was supposed to be Monday. So not sure what's up. Hope it's next week.

@lapinjapan, um, lol, I'm assuming he is applying to the specialty he has written on his screen name? I believe you are both applying to the PMHNP specialty.

We spoke for about 25mn, I think I took extra time with questions I asked. She asked me 4 questions: why I wanted to go to Penn, my leadership, how my friends describe me, and something else but it's not coming to me at the moment í ½í¸… like I said she was very nice and I felt at ease talking with her. Hope this helps!

Good luck to all the NM, PNP, WH and PMHNP? (I don't know if this is confirmed yet just that it was tentative for PMHNP but just wanted to include the Psych NP applicants as well) applicants doing the in person interview tomorrow. Let us know how it goes and if you have any interesting insights you can share with us once the interview day is over.
