Hi all,
I couldn't find a thread for the UPenn BSN/MSN 2016 summer applicants, so I decided to start one. I think it will be a great way for us to connect and support each other.
Is anyone else on here currently applying?
Best of luck.
Hi all! I am deciding between Penn's BSN/PMHNP program and Vanderbilt's prespecialty entry program for PMHNP. Vanderbilt's is only 2 years and skips the whole BSN thing. I'm originally from California and would really like to have the option to come back here after graduation, and I'm not sure which program would set me up better for that (or maybe they are equal in this area). I have no nurses or doctors in my family, so I would love some advice from my fellow nursing students! Does anyone have any advice about choosing between these two programs? Is anyone else making the same decision? Thank you!
Hi! I currently just graduated from a university with B.S. in Biology. I just started thinking about the nursing track but I do know if I want to be a nurse I want to be a NP in either family or primary care. I still don't get the UPenn BSN/MSN program. Does this program mean that once I finish the BSN portion I am immediately enrolled into the MSN portion without having to apply again? Also, how long is each of the BSN and MSN portion, and the cost of tuition? For the MSN portion, how many credits do you take and how many clinical hours do you do? Thank you very much! I am heavily thinking about UPenn BSN/MSN programs but I still have a lot of questions.

I got a response about my scholarship essay today and in it they stated that if all our paperwork is in that we can expect our financial aid package "late Monday"
