I have a 4.0 GPA in my DNP and I still didn't get in. I came here to see who did because I can't fathom their criteria for an interview.

I got an interview too. I know they take around 30-35 people, but how many do they interview?

I tried calling but there was no one there to pick up. Has anyone heard anything?

Did you get an invitation to interview too, or just the secondary application?

I noticed that my application says "routed" now. Anyone heard anything else?

What listing did you apply to? Do you just choose the area you want and apply to a normal "Clinical Nurse" posting?

I totally understand, I was just hoping someone heard through the grapevine! Last I heard, the April cohort had only 4 positions for critical care and 600+ applications. It's so competitive!

That's just so ****** of MGH. That's like saying we don't need a minimum wage because so many people need jobs. I can't see myself going into debt for experience after already getting my BSN. I will use the interview experience to land an actual job, not one I'm paying for the privilege of having on my resume.

I mean...for Boston that's still kind of terrible. I applied, but I don't think I'd move cross country for that.

Congrats m.lorieann! I haven't gotten the email (did Grossmont send one out yet? I didn't apply to Memorial), but I'm still hopeful!

I'm from out of state, applied both in Fall and recently, never got a call back. Grossmont ICUs both times.
