I'm a recent grad RN and today a nurse recruiter called me and scheduled an interview that will take place in a few days. In her e-mail she wrote "Please bring as many of the pre-employment forms in the event you are chosen for a position."
I'm a little unsure of what this means? Is she referring to letters of rec?
Thanks so much for reading!

Maybe she meant things like your vaccination records, nursing license, CPR card, diploma, etc.?

Not being snarky but reply to her email and ask her. Can't go wrong that way :)
Definitely not snarky. Do you think it looks ok if I e-mail to ask her? I don't want her to interpret that as being clueless and tarnish first impressions. What do you think?

I would assume that if there aren't actual pre-employment forms that you're aware of, that she meant resume, cover letter, recommendations, etc.
But I agree with PennyS, I would ask. I've definitely done that before. It won't show you're clueless, I think it will just show that you care and you're being thorough.
Ms. Nurse Recruiter Lady,
I just wanted to clarify when you say 'pre-employment forms' are you referring to blah blah blah. [emoji5]ï¸

Agree.
She may have mean to attach them, but didn't.
Doesn't hurt to ask.

If you didn't get anything from the hospital, which is likely, check the website to see if there are any form on there. Maybe she, like the other posters have said, forgot to attach them in an email. That happens often. Otherwise, bring everything you possibly can, ID, resume, etc and get there early in case you can fill out the forms there beforehand.

Pre-employment forms are usually copies of your nursing license, copies of diplomas/degrees, copies of your driver's license, your CPR/ACLS/PALS etc., your vaccinations, any fit testing, any personality testing, background check forms, etc.
It varies by facility, so you'll need to ask her which specific forms her facility requires.
