I am applying for the summer 2015 nursing program and I wanted to create a thread so anyone else that is stressing can vent here :)
Oh phew! Thanks! I got a B my first attempt.
Chemistry was hard for me.. I got a B+ and I think that was the only class I got a B in. everything else was an A or A-
Yea, it is hard to figure out the score because your right different people tell you slightly different stuff. For me, I had to just keep going to an advisor about twice a semester or more. I have seen advisors at least 12 times ( I take a picture of everything they give me and put it in a folder), for example at first they told me only math 120 would count ( i have notes on paper that math 180 WOULD NOT COUNT). So I took it ( math 120), well the next term, they told me that my math 180 would count ( and in the end it did).
Does anyone one know what the Mosby's Nursing Consult Student Ed is? It's in the book list. I was going through amazon calculating if it would be cheaper for me to buy books separately. As of now, to buy NEW books separately off amazon the total will be about 510 (including the access code which is on sale for 64 right now) This price does not include the Mosby's Nursing Consult which I am not sure if it's even necessary as it says it comes free with the bundle...
Also, does anyone want to make a private Facebook group for our class?
I'm not too sure, I haven't even browsed for my books yet! Lol I think I'm going to purchase the bundle tho so I can leave physical copies of books at home at always have to books online with me at school. Luckily I was able to schedule my physical next Wednesday! I'm also taking cpr on Thursday too, so if anyone goes to theone at 11am I'll be there! I think I was sitting next to you mseiboldt cause I saw your last name on your folder

Retaking classes only lowers your score if your first attempt in the class was a fail. Otherwise if you've had a B and retaking for an A it will improve your score. I retook both Chem and bio 223 and it helped a lot
